Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: Your name, email address, account role, password credentials in protected form, and project access permissions.
• Production information: Content provided by authorized production personnel, such as schedules, scripts, cast and crew information, call sheets, project files, and related production records.
• Reader content: Highlights, handwritten annotations, annotation layers, scene and page selections, and other changes you choose to save.
• Device and security information: Device name, authentication tokens, IP address, session information, login attempts, and technical records needed to operate and protect the service.
• Reader synchronization information: Script page positions and pointer coordinates when an authorized user uses reader-location or pointer-ping features. These features relate to positions inside a script and do not collect your device's physical or GPS location.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Authenticate users and manage access to authorized productions.
• Provide schedules, scripts, annotations, synchronization, communication, and other requested production features.
• Maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, diagnose problems, and improve reliability.
• Send production communications requested by authorized project administrators.
• Respond to support, privacy, or account requests.

How information is shared

Information may be visible to other authorized members of the same production when required by their role or when a feature is designed for collaboration. We may also use service providers for secure hosting, data storage, and email delivery. These providers receive only the information needed to perform those services.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising, and the WP Scheduler Reader app does not include third-party advertising trackers.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the safety and integrity of the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Data storage and retention

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, support the applicable production, meet legal or contractual requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Authorized production administrators may manage project content and account access. Cached scripts and notes may remain on a device until they are replaced, the user signs out, or the app is removed, depending on the feature.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including encrypted network connections, access controls, protected password storage, and secure authentication tokens. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and production record requirements. You may also ask an authorized production administrator to update your account or remove your project access. Signing out of the WP Scheduler Reader app removes its saved authentication token from the device.

Children's privacy

The service is intended for authorized production personnel and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization or consent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
